Utah Ornamental Penmanship Workshop

Apologies for the late notice here, but Hoang Dao is going to be teaching here in Farmington, Utah! If you’re unfamiliar with his work, he is incredible with the pointed pen,┬áhis traditional style is graceful and precise. He’s also a delight in person, too.

So this Saturday, join us for an Ornamental Penmanship workshop! A workshop like this won’t come around again; or maybe it will, but I don’t know how often he’ll visit Utah, being from Vietnam.

Details? This isn’t a beginner class. If you’re a beginner, you’re still welcome, but Hoang won’t be covering beginning details like how to put your nib into a flange or how to orient your pen properly to the page. He’ll be focusing on the letterforms, so basic knowledge of using a pointed pen is required. If you’ve taken my beginner class, you’ll do just fine. :) If you have questions, feel free to comment below or reach out through the contact form! Hope to see you Saturday!
