I just don’t feel like wearing summery clothes at the moment. The shoes don’t really match, save for the little hint of yellow in the necklace. These shoes are looking very ratty, though. They need a bit of a makeover at the moment.
This is an outfit I wore a few days ago. My sisters-in-law are in town this week, both of them are actually hanging out with my kids while I’m in San Francisco on a really fun “business” trip (more details to come – but you follow along on instagram @melissapher)
Before I left, the girls agreed to watch the kids while Chris and I went out on a date. It was a real treat to go out with my man and just wander the streets of Pleasant grove without a worry in the world. We went to Sammy’s for burgers, fries and shakes. We’ll definitely go again.
I’ve been following the artwork of Colt Bowden (met him once at an art fair & purchased one of his drawings), so it was fantastic to see his gorgeous sign painting in real life.
Outfit Details:
It’s so cold in my studio these days (the glories of an unfinished basement). These fingerless gloves have saved me.
Found these boots on Amazon for a steal ($40) & thought I’d wear them out today. Took them on errands with both kiddos. For being a 4″ heel, they’re pretty easy to walk in!
