  1. What a lovely blog you have, I’m so glad to have found it! Please email me! I have SOMETHING for you! :D

I vote for alphabet blocks next (of course, Katelyn and Nelly P will love them someday) or the zucchini relish ( I have zucchini coming out my ears right now). Anyway, I’m sad I did even get to see you at the wedding. Katelyn was sick all week, so I missed a lot of the day. Nelly P sure looked cute, though.

You are so fantastic. I was actually talking to Ed earlier today about making a sack lunch box. You are so talented!

  4. Hi Melissa! This is Martha Harmon from the BYU 201st ward. Your blog is so cute! Your little Nelope is adorable. I can’t believe how fast time flies by. I was wondering if you could help me out. I would love to take a bookbinding class and was wondering if you had any recommendations for the provo area. Also my brother in law is getting married and his fiancee saw your wedding sign in book that you made for your brother. We both absolutely love it! You are so talented. So we were wondering if we could ask you to make a book. Let me know.

Thanks so much for posting this tutorial. I made one this weekend (without the wristlet) as a Valentine’s Day present for my boyfriend, for whom I often pack a lunch in a grocery sack. However, either my brain was fried by the end or there’s an error in step 7: with the lining right side out and exterior inside out, you should nest the lining inside the exterior, not the other way around as it indicates. I think your photo shows this also. I did it the way of the instructions and when I tried to turn it, had sewn both right sides together. Otherwise, it turned out adorably, and I plan to share the tutorial with my quilt guild. Thanks!

Is there any chance of you putting this into PDF form? I would like to save it for future projects..but I need to save it in my paper file..This is one of the cutest projects I’ve seen in awhile. Thank you for posting it..

    Hi Melissa,
Can you please tell me how much fabric I will need to make this bag, my daughter is looking for one to take her packed lunches in. This would be perfect.
