I'm feeling settled enough to host another live, modern calligraphy workshop! A few of you have asked if/when I would be offering another live class, and it's time. I hope to be doing more of these kinds of workshops on a regular basis. On Saturday September 1 from 2-4pm, I will be teaching a modern calligraphy workshop out of my home in Draper, Utah. In the two hour workshop, you will learn the basics of traditional Copperplate calligraphy, a brief history of its beginnings, how to work with the pointed pen and how to make calligraphy your own. The workshop includes the two hour session and a basic kit for getting started. This does not include access to the online course or gallery. Space is limited. The workshop (including materials fees) is $60.
